Start of Trainning

Yo All... haha... i know la... no people read my post de also... haha... so today is just another day... Planned today fully liao... the plan is, morning run---> tennis ---> gym ---> hot steam ---> home but end up only go run...

Woke up at around 1pm because yesterday very late sleep... haha... woke up at 1pm also partly because i wanna run and JC ask me dun late de... haha... then i wake-up go prepare for the run... hey it's good to have someone run with you... if i run alone i no motivation to run de lor... that's why i so fat haha. yep we meet 2pm @ Marsiling MRT to run at stadium... He ask me out to go at around 1.45pm lor... because he reach liao... then we went to run at the stadium.



Oh ya... before we start running ie saw Guan Ming at the stadium also... he finished work-up at gym... i think go running on the tracks is better then running at the gym lor... feel the heat... energy... etc etc... haha... i run for a while then take a rest... then JC and i saw some students from a primary school go there train... haha... they are from athletics i guess... so young start train liao... grow up sure super good... haha... then after running, i decided to ask JC to start running with me on every alt day ( 1 day run 1 day rest ) this plan... and he agreed haha, then JC went to buy a 2nd hand handphone for $90... haha... then we went home... if you are wondering why am i blogging now... it's because yesterday too tired and went to sleep... haha...

Just now i chat with Kit for awhile and i am shocked that he is at Malaysia alone sia... power la... lol... then i told him ( Kit ) alot of things lor... then he said: "Yong Han is not worth your time for lor, if he value you as his best friend or even friend, he won't treat you like this lor "... i try not to acknowledge what he said is true lor... i try hide from the fact that he is true lor... i tired chose not to believe what he said is true but i am just once again cheating to myself... but i this time agree with him... yeah he is not worth my time. i TOTALLY agree with him... but what can i do... i asked, he said: "you had did your best but he still is a A$$ and treat this like to you"... he even said he pity me because of my effort... haiz... i felt so.... how to say... miserable ?... ok la i think i should listen to him then...

Brother, if you are reading this... please do something and don't expect anything to happen to our friendship if you didn't make any step... ar i think i will end now... Bye...
